Phone Center Loan Officer

Overview

State Credit Union is in need of a phone center Loan Officer at our Operations building in Columbia, SC to provide sales and service associated with loans.

• Provide sales and service associated with loans.
• Serve members' needs to better their financial lives while working in a high-quality, work-life balanced organization.
• Be sales oriented, well organized, capable of multi-tasking, and possess exceptional communication and computer skills; handle difficult customer issues.

• Minimum of one year lending experience, with a preference for experience in a fast-paced phone center environment.
• A college degree may be substituted for lending experience.
• Good computer skills and a moderate amount of experience with Office products, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
