Director, Finance and Accounting

Position Overview

The Director of Finance & Accounting will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial, accounting, HR, and IT functions of the company. This individual will drive financial performance, enhance internal controls, strengthen reporting systems, and support long-term growth initiatives. This is a highly visible role responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining organizational health, and advancing strategic priorities.

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Oversee accounting operations, month‑end close, internal controls, and GAAP compliance.
• Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and banking relationships.
• Support strategic initiatives, including M&A, capital planning, and business expansion.
• Oversee HR operations, employee relations, benefits, and compliance.
• Provide leadership to IT teams, strengthening systems, processes, and cybersecurity.
• Guide a high‑performing team and collaborate with cross‑functional departments.

• Proven leadership experience in finance and accounting.
• B2C e‑commerce experience preferred.
• Quickbooks experience preferred.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and compliance.
• Experience with cost accounting, manufacturing environments, and business systems preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and team‑building skills.
