• 3+ years of customer service and automotive sales experience
• Strong understanding of automotive finance and lending practices
• Self‑motivated personality with a drive to exceed sales targets
• Knowledge of pay stubs, fraud awareness, and verification of submitted documents
• Proficiency in structuring an auto loan and debt‑to‑income calculations
• Experience in underwriting auto loans for an outside finance company

• Work experience in finance and insurance departments
• Background in automotive loans and financing
• 3+ years of automotive finance experience
