Associate Partner - Corporate Finance Advisory

Job Overview

Adan seeks the top talent on the planet. We are currently initiating various programmes on behalf of our clients which require significant experience and a demonstrable successful track record in M&A, fund‑raising, company due‑diligence, and financial modelling. To facilitate this demand we are seeking experienced corporate finance strategists with the capability to apply their experience and expertise to our portfolio of work for clients across Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, Middle East, North America, South America, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage deal origination, qualification, and prospecting, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Lead financial and business performance activities: manage P/L for divisions, achieve superior financial performance, and maintain good financial disciplines.
  • Contribute to the development of Adan’s intellectual property, including precedents, templates, case management and workflows.
  • Direct and support back‑office, technology and marketing enablement teams (CRM/Salesforce management, data collection/analytics).
  • Facilitate business development: originate clients, support cross‑selling, and build long‑term marketing strategies.
  • Assist in building knowledge management, governance, and management structure to grow the business.
  • Lead people management, coaching, mentoring, and culture building across teams.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Outstanding track record in corporate finance advisory with a focus on M&A and capital raising.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and fast‑changing environment.
  • Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem‑solving skills with sound commercial judgement.
  • Motivation to succeed and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Experience leading teams and managing large, cross‑functional projects.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across global markets.
