Customer Service Rep
Work Schedule
We are looking for candidates with open availability since shifts vary depending on events and may take place during the day or evening. Availability to work on Saturdays for football games is required.
Job Summary- Event Parking Management (60%) – Assist with managing parking areas during special events and direct and maintain vehicle flow to ensure safe and efficient traffic movement.
- Customer Service and Payment Collection (20%) – Collect parking payments from customers, issue receipts when necessary, and provide general parking information and customer service to event attendees.
- Setup, Teardown, and Communication (20%) – Set up and take down signage, cones, and barriers as needed for event parking and communicate with supervisors and team members regarding parking logistics and concerns.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional and calm demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent education and experience.
- Must have a current and valid driver's license with a good driving record.
