Customer Service Rep
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prioritize customer inquiries and solutions through efficient time management and focused attention.
- Assess brand loyalty with an emphasis on achieving total customer satisfaction.
- Inform customers stance, ensuring it's supported by facts and comprehensive data from relevant parties.
- Employ a full range of negotiation techniques and abilities to achieve a resolution to promote repurchase intent.
- Evaluate requests for customer goodwill individually, ensuring a personalized approach.
- Review, research, assess, manage and resolve product-related cases in a timely and efficient manner.
- Effectively communicate and follow‑up with customers, dealerships, field personnel and all levels of management.
- Provide customers with the company's position based on facts and gathered information from all involved parties.
- Utilize all negotiation tools and skills to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution to promote lifetime owner loyalty.
- Accurately capture and document customer information to capture the Voice of the Customer and ensure all coding is accurate and in compliance with requirements.

AdditionalSkills & Qualifications
- Proficient in computer systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Powersports technical/mechanical aptitude is a plus

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Timmonsville, SC. This is a fully onsite position in Timmonsville, SC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
