What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events aligned with company objectives and guidelines
  • Manage event logistics including venue procurement, entertainment booking, and vendor partnerships
  • Collaborate with field sales and marketing teams to enhance event participation and guest satisfaction
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams, guests, and external vendors for seamless event execution
  • Submit event details and contracts to senior leadership for budget approvals
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, campaign strategy, or loyalty marketing
  • At least 2 years of experience managing external vendors, agencies, or direct reports
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Knowledge of the timeshare industry, products, and clubs
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong networking skills to build relationships across the organization
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency in Adobe Professional
