An established and respected engineering firm in Columbia, SC is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer PE to play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality geotechnical solutions to a diverse client base.

This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers and surveyors while overseeing complex projects from proposal through final deliverables. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a client-focused mindset.

• Lead and coordinate client relationships and project teams
• Oversee, manage, and execute geotechnical investigations and engineering analyses
• Prepare and review proposals, technical reports, and final deliverables
  
  Provide senior-level technical review and quality assurance
• Coordinate field operations and support occasional field work
• Travel periodically throughout the Southern and Northeastern U.S.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development

• Proficiency in a wide range of geotechnical analyses
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D (preferred)
• Strong competency in Microsoft Office applications
