Seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing detailed project schedules to ensure alignment with scope, budget, and timeline objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong technical scheduling expertise, cross‑functional coordination skills, and experience in manufacturing, data center construction, or EPC environments.
Key Responsibilities- Create, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules in alignment with industry best practices.
- Track, analyze, and report schedule performance metrics to support project teams in managing deliverables and reviewing weekly progress reports.
- Ensure schedule accuracy through version control, validation of updates, and proactive identification of potential delays.
- Develop and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to maintain project control and integrity.
- Monitor project progress, identify critical path activities, and evaluate forecasted versus actual progress. Recommend corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget targets.
- Maintain and update project risk registers to minimize impacts to scope, cost, and timeline.
- Track schedule baselines, conduct what‑if scenario analysis, and develop contingency plans.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional departments to identify issues, monitor action items, and partner with Project Managers to ensure timely resolution.
- Minimum of 5 years of scheduling experience within manufacturing, data center construction, or EPC environments.
- Advanced proficiency in scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
- Intermediate proficiency in ERP systems such as Eco Sys, Oracle, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience using construction management tools such as Procore.
- Strong understanding of modular and prefabricated construction methods.
- Experience with industrial‑scale piping, power systems, and complex manufacturing workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field required.
