Project Scheduler, Infrastructure Solutions

Location: Pelzer

Description We are looking for an experienced Project Scheduler to join our team in Pelzer, South Carolina. In this role, you will oversee the planning, tracking, and coordination of project schedules to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget requirements. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to work on infrastructure solutions projects and contribute to their successful execution.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, monitor, and refine project schedules utilizing best practices and industry standards.

- Analyze weekly data to generate reports that help project teams stay informed and address potential issues.

- Ensure schedule accuracy through version control and proactive interventions to mitigate delays.

- Prepare and manage scopes of work using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to maintain project integrity.

- Track project progress, identify critical tasks, and recommend strategies to meet deadlines and budget goals.

- Maintain and update project risk registers to minimize risks impacting scope, schedule, and budget.

- Conduct what-if analyses and establish contingency plans to address potential scheduling challenges.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project issues and maintain alignment with objectives.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to monitor action items and ensure timely resolution of project concerns.

- Utilize advanced tools like Primavera, Procore, and Oracle to streamline scheduling and reporting processes. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Project Management is required.

- Strong expertise in project scheduling, including proficiency with tools such as Primavera and Procore.

- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, perform financial analysis, and ensure accuracy in reporting.

- Skilled in developing and implementing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for effective project planning.

- Experience with ERP solutions and familiarity with infrastructure-related projects.

- Proficiency in tools like Power BI and Oracle for data analysis and visualization.

- Knowledge of construction and manufacturing processes is highly preferred.

- Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders. Talent Match®
