Senior Electrical Engineer

Leading Global Industrial Materials Production company seeks Senior Electrical Engineer with 3-5+ years electrical engineering in a manufacturing or industrial environment and experience with Allen Bradley PLC's and industrial automation, industrial ethernet communication and machine network layout – to be responsible for electrical expertise in single/multiple areas of the plant, lead continuous improvement and corrective action activities & projects, provide technical support to internal customers, and manage major projects such as New Machine installation and upgrades, and oversee project workflow.

Create and finalize designs to meet project scope of work and safety requirements, Bill of Materials and spare part requirements. Work closely with Automation Vendors and Manage External Contractors on Installations;
Hardware design, PLC and HMI programming
, VFDs, Servos, Control System Networking & Systems integration.

• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related technical field.
• Proficiency with Allen Bradley PLC's, remote IO, HMI's, and associated Rockwell software.
• Troubleshooting and programming PLC's.
• Experience with industrial ethernet communication and machine network layout.
• Knowledge of equipment safety, including hardware design, component selection, and arc flash requirements per NFPA 70E.
• 3-5+ years experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• A solid background and understanding in machine design

• Critical thinking with exceptional problem solving skills.
