A company is looking for a Senior Electrical Cost Manager to support semiconductor facility projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage workload, team tasks, and quality assurance processes Reconcile invoices and change orders with contractors and third parties Develop client relationships and provide support to senior management
Required Qualifications:
BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field 5+ years of experience in Electrical Cost & Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying Professional accreditation such as MRICS, Assoc
RICS, CCP, CEP, CPE, or equivalent preferred
Experience with semiconductor projects is required Proficient in cost estimating for construction projects
