A company is looking for a Senior Business Process Engineer.
Key Responsibilities Translate optimized processes into functional and non-functional specifications for technology solutions Conduct end-to-end reviews of business processes and engage stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities Document workflows, analyze them using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and design optimized transition plans
Required Qualifications 8 years of experience in process engineering, operations optimization, or business process improvement 5 years of experience in evaluating and optimizing current state processes 1 year of experience in specifying software system requirements for improved solutions Six Sigma Black Belt certification Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio)
