At AIRSYS, the Process Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving the manufacturing processes that support AIRSYS operations. This role focuses on ensuring reliable, safe, and efficient production through thoughtful process design, hands-on problem solving, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. The Process Engineer will analyze existing workflows, identify opportunities for optimization, and drive initiatives that improve product quality, increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance cost-effectiveness.

Success in this position requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining smooth, stable, and high-performing manufacturing systems.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES- ESSENTIAL

The essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop, test and refine manufacturing processes and procedures for manufacturing methods, equipment and machinery operation according to product and engineering design and specification.
  • Specify equipment and machinery requirements and confer with equipment vendors for equipment selection.
  • Assure product and process quality by designing testing methods and standards.
  • Continuously evaluate equipment and processes. Develop, test and install new equipment or adopt new procedures for optimization of production efficiency, cost, quality, safety etc.
  • Troubleshoot in the event of problems or issues with other teams (R&D, quality, production, quality, etc.)
  • Prepare product and process reports, such as Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Provide training and guidance to engineers, technicians and assembly line workers.
  • Complete documentation to show and ensure compliance with both internal and external regulations and protocols.
  • International or domestic travel may be required for business or training purposes.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronic or related majors.
  • 5+ years of working experience in a similar role in HVAC industry.
  • Profound knowledge of HVAC manufacturing procedures, quality standards and strong technical skills.
  • Technical savvy. Proficiency in CAD.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be a team player, safety minded and customer service oriented.
