Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer

Our client is seeking a temporary Engineer to monitor labor trends for manufacturing and distribution lines in Fort Lawn, SC. Graduates or Interns are welcome to apply with flex-time as needed. This is an immediate need; interview and start within a week.

• Work with management on manufacturing methods and processes, facility related energy and cost savings, and plant engineering activities.
• Solid understanding of time studies and capacity planning.
• Investigate, establish, and implement requirements for methods of production: time studies; capacity planning; manpower planning; routings; part structures.
• Determine best utilization of equipment, facilities, material flow, and personnel.
• Implement and maintain safety standards and procedures in compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possess strong attention to detail skills.
• Possess ability to adapt to changes.
