• Optimize and maintain tooling through hands-on techniques and data-driven improvements
• Track and analyze cost reduction initiatives
• Serve as a technical resource for resolving process issues
• Document tool lifespan and coordinate updates to reflect fully optimized designs
• Manage projects and conduct statistical data analysis
• Support process and product development, including sample creation and product launch activities
• Uphold and contribute to the Quality Policy and Procedures to maintain quality objectives
• Ensure compliance with Schaeffler Group USA, Inc.’s policies, plant rules, guidelines, and environmental health and safety regulations

• Associate Degree in a Technical Field such as a Machine Tool technology or Industrial Technology or equivalent Manufacturing experience
• Computer literate with skills using spreadsheets, Project Management, Word Processor in the Windows environment
• Familiar with Project Management
