We are partnered with a reputable civil engineering firm located in Columbia, SC. They're seeking an experienced Civil Site Development Project Manager to lead multiple projects for various clients, driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineer (PE) registration.
Minimum 6 years of experience in designing public and private projects, with a strong background in engineering principles and practices.
Proven experience designing water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure projects
In-depth knowledge of civil site design principles and practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate with clients.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, preferably Civil 3D, and experience with project management software.
Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
Understanding of business financial information and ability to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
Develop proposals, fees, and scopes of work for clients.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and scopes.
Lead and coordinate engineering teams, providing guidance and support.
