Senior​/OT Security Engineer

Ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for an experienced Industrial Control Systems and Cybersecurity Engineer to join a leading energy organization. This role is critical to securing and modernizing Operational Technology environments across power generation facilities. You'll work on system architecture, upgrades, compliance, and lifecycle management while collaborating with IT teams, plant operations, and contractors. Expect hands-on involvement with ICS networks, switches, firewalls, and industrial protocols, plus travel during planning and implementation (up to 50%).

• Support ICS and OT cybersecurity, compliance, and modernization projects
• Ensure adherence to NERC CIP, CISA/NIST guidance, and internal security standards
• Perform security assessments, develop policies, and maintain documentation
• Act as a liaison between IT and plant operations for quality assurance

• 5+ years (Senior) or 8+ years (Staff) in control systems, cybersecurity, Windows security, and networks
• Strong knowledge of ICS/OT security principles and regulatory compliance
• Hands-on experience with DCS, PLCs, and protocols like OPC, Modbus, DNP
• Bachelor's in Engineering (ABET-accredited or equivalent)
