As a Toddler Teacher, you will:- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom where toddlers can explore, gain independence, and build foundational skills through structured routines and hands-on experiences.
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P.® curriculum with enthusiasm, using our engaging characters and interactive activities to support emerging language, motor coordination, and social development.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and fellow educators, fostering a classroom culture where curiosity, play, and learning thrive together.
- Communicate daily with parents about their child’s progress, milestones, and memorable moments—using our mobile app, verbal updates, and personalized notes to keep families connected and informed.
- Support toddlers in developing self-help skills, emotional regulation, and peer interactions, guiding them with patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement.
- Have a genuine passion education and care of children?
- Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)?
- Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)?
