Overview
This faculty position teaches Phlebotomy theory and practice. This individual lecture, demonstrate, supervise simulation, and assist with clinical placement. Other duties include: manage attendance, grading, equipment and supplies inventories, and other administrative tasks associated with teaching. Be organized, prepared and student-centered to meet the standards of the college. Have the ability to work flexible hours (primarily day time) and travel to other campuses within our service area.
Qualifications- Completion of a Phlebotomy Technician program and hold a national certification in Phlebotomy with at least 3 years of work experience.
- Associates degree with prior higher education teaching experience.
CCE adjunct faculty pay is determined upon and may vary depending on academic credentials and certifications. The range for this position is $40-45 per contact hour.
