We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Floater Teacher to join our team.

Location:

104 Professional Park Rd, Columbia, SC

Schedule:

6:30 – 12:30 or 12:30 – 6:30

Compensation:
Pay based on experience

Do you enjoy working with children of all ages and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment? We’re seeking a flexible and caring Floater Teacher to support classrooms across our center—from infants to preschoolers.

• Assist lead and assistant teachers in classrooms serving children ages 6 weeks to 5 years
• Support daily routines including play, meals, diapering/toileting, and transitions
• Step into classrooms as needed to maintain ratios and continuity of care
• Foster a warm, safe, and inclusive environment for all children
• Communicate effectively with staff, children, and families

• Experience working with young children across multiple age groups is required
• Education in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus
• Flexibility to work varied shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
• Ability to adapt quickly and support different teaching styles and classroom needs
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
