The role requires direct instruction in Spalding (reading & writing) and en Vision Math, along with individualized learning plans.

• Implement engaging, student‑centered lessons that promote active learning and academic growth.
• Differentiate instruction and modify resources to meet the diverse needs of all learners, including those with special needs.
• Utilize direct instruction techniques to support the social, physical, and intellectual development of primary school students.
• Assess student progress, analyze curricular effectiveness, and develop improvement plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely record‑keeping procedures for instruction and student growth.
• Communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with peers to enhance the instructional environment and model professional and ethical standards.
• Participate in training sessions, staff meetings, and performance evaluation processes.
• Perform light physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and traveling to other campuses as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Valid SEI Endorsement/Certification or ability to obtain within six months of employment (AZ only).
• Pass a criminal history background check.

• Current teaching certificate issued in the state of employment.
