Heartwood Community School is a community-focused, tuition-free charter school serving Jasper, Beaufort, and Hampton Counties in South Carolina. Elementary Lead Teachers at Heartwood Community School are certified educators dedicated to creating a nurturing and empowering classroom environment for students in kindergarten through 3rd grade.
