This role promotes student achievement through systematic observations, feedback, and support for teachers, students, and programs. It involves interpreting instructional programs to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities include acquiring and distributing instructional materials, developing and revising curriculum, designing professional development, assisting with district testing and evaluation, supporting IEP development, and ensuring program compliance with laws and guidelines.

The consultant will also establish partnerships, monitor expenditures, manage projects, stay updated on professional developments, and handle various reports and communications with diverse groups.

Additional duties involve assisting in teacher interviews, participating in district initiatives, and providing training on assessment data usage. The role requires constructing and analyzing district assessments, developing curricula, and supporting content-specific initiatives.

Minimum qualifications include a Master's degree in education administration, four years of successful classroom teaching, and valid certification in relevant fields. The position demands various physical, cognitive, and interpersonal skills, including effective communication, judgment, cooperation, and safety adherence.

The candidate must demonstrate thorough knowledge of educational principles, legal compliance, and district functions. High standards of accuracy, dependability, initiative, and professional relationships are essential.
