24-hour call for dates listed Patient Population: 100% Adult/Geriatric Setting: ED & Inpatient Only Average Number of Hospital-Based Surgeries per Day: 2-5 per weekend Other Urologists Present:
None during locum's assignment Lab and X-Ray Onsite Average Number of Patients Per Day: 15-20 Documentation System/EMR:
Epic Trauma Level/Designation: II MANDATED
