Yes Practice Description We are urgently seeking a Pediatric Intensivist to join our team for a locum tenens opportunity near VARNVILLE, SC. This position offers an excellent opportunity to provide critical care services to pediatric patients in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Job Responsibilities As a Pediatric ICU Physician, your responsibilities will include:
General rounding and patient care responsibilities followed by on-call duties Providing comprehensive care to pediatric patients in the intensive care unit Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans Managing critical care procedures and interventions as needed Maintaining accurate and thorough medical records using EMR systems Ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the treatment process

Job Requirements To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
Active South Carolina License and DEA - REQUIRED Board Certification in Pediatric Intensive Care - REQUIRED ACLS, NRP Certification - REQUIRED Availability for urgent shifts listed in the job description - REQUIRED Clean Background - REQUIRED Additional Information PICU Beds/Peds: 6 beds, 2 observation beds EMR Systems:
Meditech and Medimobile Average Daily Census: 4.3 admissions (2023) Annual Births: 2,800 Daily Patient Load: 2-4 patients per day Subspecialty Backup Onsite:
Pediatric Surgery, Pediatric GI Surgery, Neonatology Services Remote Pediatric Cardiology Support Submission Requirements Certification Requirements: ACLS, Board Certified, DEA, NRP State License Requirements:
