In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality emergency medical care to patients in a variety of situations. As a vital part of our staffing and recruiting efforts, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our healthcare facilities are adequately supported with skilled medical professionals.

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients
• Assess and triage patients effectively in high-pressure situations
• Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure quality patient care
• Document patient evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Stay current with medical practices and advancements in emergency medicine
• Participate in continuous education and training programs
• Provide guidance and support to junior medical staff when necessary

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Associate level experience in Emergency Medicine
• Current medical license to practice in the relevant state
• Strong clinical skills and ability to perform under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are preferred

Schedule:

10a-10p

No call required

Patient Census: 58-60 per day (will see ~2 per hour)

Patient Population:
All ages

Must be comfortable with all EM procedures

Support Staff:
Additional EM physician

EMR:
Epic

Must be board-certified or board-eligible
