Clinical Asst/Assoc/Professor (Open rank) - General Neurologist or Behavioral Neurologist, University of South Carolina. Full Time position. Salary:
Salary commensurate with education and experience. The appointment is in the SOMC Neurology department as part of the USC Brain Health Network, with clinical affiliation to Prisma Health. This role includes potential involvement in clinical research, teaching, and supervision of medical students, residents, and/or fellows.

• Direct patient care for patients with cognitive and behavioral concerns as a member of the USC Brain Health Network
• Evaluate cognitive assessments and develop cognitive care plans
• Provide clinical consultation to primary care providers to support ongoing patient management
• Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with BHN partner clinicians and sites to support community and health system needs
• Provide teaching, oversight, and collaboration with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), medical students, residents, and/or fellows
• Participate in and support neuroscience research activities within the University of South Carolina and USC School of Medicine

• Board certification or board eligibility in Neurology
• Demonstrated high-quality patient-oriented clinical care
• Preference for expertise in dementia and related cognitive disorders
• Preference for candidates with ongoing peer-reviewed funding and publications in high-impact journals (not required)
