Family Medicine Physician west of Charleston, SC

Overview

Seeking BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join team in southern South Carolina for a full-time, permanent opportunity with a non-profit, 501(c)3, primary health care organization that has provided health care services for over 40 years and currently cares for approximately 19,000+ patients. All sites are Patient Centered Medical Homes.

• Most Providers work 4.5 days per week. We also have some who work 4 and a couple who work 5.
• Call: phone only, about 1 week every 20 weeks
• 18-20 patients per day once trained on EMR
• Outpatient only
• Pharmacy on-site
