What You’ll Do:

• Lead and contribute to the creation of Construction Documents for diverse project types
• Collaborate on custom single-family homes, multi-family developments, healthcare spaces, commercial offices, restaurants, retail, historic renovations, and municipal facilities
• Work independently on 5–7 projects at a time, managing timelines, communication, and technical precision
• Occasionally contribute to early design and conceptual work, while focusing primarily on documentation and execution

What You Bring:

• 6–8+ years of architectural experience
• Strong proficiency in Revit 2019 & 2022 and AutoCAD
• Familiarity with IBC 2022, ANSI, and ADA standards
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent communication, detail orientation, and project juggling skills
• A self-motivated mindset and eagerness to learn and grow
