General Dentist – High-Growth Practice Opportunity. The practice is experiencing significant growth and is actively seeking an additional doctor to meet patient demand, increase access to care, and support expanded clinical offerings.

Current Clinical Team

• 1 full-time doctor
• 1 hygienist
• 2 experienced dental assistants

Operatories

• 2 hygiene rooms
• 3 restorative rooms
• Expected to run 2+ doctor columns

Schedule

• 4–5 days per week
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Patient Flow

• 20+ patients per day
• Strong mix of returning and new patients

Clinical Scope – The ideal dentist will be comfortable providing comprehensive care, including:

• Molar & non-molar endodontics
• Simple & surgical extractions
• Restorative dentistry
• Removable prosthodontics
• Implant placement & restoration
• Invisalign / clear aligner therapy

• iTero
• Panoramic imaging
• CBCT
• Videa AI diagnostics

• Majority PPO
• Fee-for-service
• Medicaid

Compensation Structure:

• 30–35%+ of Adjusted Production
• Daily Guarantee for the first 90 days for financial security during ramp-up
