Pay Range is $15-$16. on W2
Job Description:
Duties:
- The Customer Service Representative provides prompt, accurate, and professional support to customers by handling inquiries through phone, written, web, and in-person channels.
- This role resolves both routine and complex issues, conducts research, processes adjustments, and collaborates with internal departments to ensure timely resolution.
- The position requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while meeting productivity and quality standards.
Education & Experience
Required
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of claims processing or customer service experience
- OR Bachelor’s Degree in lieu of work experience
