Responsibilities

Your day as a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative

  • Assist members with inquiries and transactions in both English and Spanish, ensuring clarity and understanding in every interaction.
  • Address member needs efficiently, including account inquiries or resolving issues.
  • Engage with members over the phone, delivering personalized service while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and uphold standards of excellence.
  • Regularly update knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations.
  • Nurture relationships and foster customer loyalty to support a member-focused experience.
