Bank Call Center Representative - Mid‑shift

Position Overview
MCI is a technology‑enabled business services company that operates call centers worldwide. We deliver customer experience (CX), business process outsourcing (BPO), and cloud‑technology solutions across many industries, including finance. The Bank Call Center Representative will handle banking inquiries and transactions during mid‑shift hours, providing accurate and courteous service in a remote environment. All applicants must complete a full application and a pre‑employment test.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer calls and online inquiries.
  • Investigate and resolve account‑related issues.
  • Provide guidance on banking products and services.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions.
Candidate Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in banking.
  • Strong numeracy and communication skills.
  • Availability for evening or extended hours.
Conditions of Employment
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
  • Must submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation.
  • Must submit to drug screening (not applicable in Canada).

Physical Requirements
