This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Lugoff, SC, for an Estimator. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates by analysing blueprints, specifications, and project requirements. This role includes coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members, preparing bid proposals, and assessing project costs and timelines. The Estimator will also contribute to identifying cost‑saving opportunities and ensuring that estimates align with project goals.

• Proven experience in cost estimation, bid preparation, and project evaluation within the construction industry
• Strong proficiency in reading and analysing blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Excellent mathematical skills and proficiency with relevant estimation software
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
• Knowledge of local building codes, construction methods, and materials is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
• Experience with project management or value engineering is advantageous
