We’re seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team and help deliver projects that make a real impact.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects and has a proven track record of delivering work on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards
.

Experience with federal, senior living, and/or light industrial construction is highly preferred
.

You’ll lead every stage of the construction process—acting as the key driver of project success, client satisfaction, and team performance.

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and cost controls
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, and consultants
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and contract requirements
• Lead project teams and facilitate clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders
• Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and keep projects on track
• Oversee documentation, reporting, and project forecasting

• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Strong understanding of construction methods, contracts, and regulatory requirements
• Preferred expertise in federal, senior living, and/or light industrial projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
• Proven ability to drive accountability and maintain high-quality standards
