This is a full-time, on-site role based in Murfreesboro, TN, for a Project Technician. The Project Technician will be responsible for overseeing and assisting with various facility improvement and maintenance projects, ensuring their proper execution. Day‑to‑day tasks may include conducting site assessments, preparing project materials, coordinating with team members, and troubleshooting on‑site challenges. The role also involves maintaining compliance with safety standards and delivering high‑quality results within project timelines.

Collaboration and communication with the team and project stakeholders are critical aspects of the role.

• Technical skills in project planning, site assessments, materials preparation, and equipment operation.
• Experience in facility maintenance, construction, and repairs, particularly in paving, asphalt repair, and building conversions.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work on‑site and manage physical demands of construction or improvement projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for coordinating with team members and stakeholders.
• Understanding of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining compliance on all projects.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with vocational training or relevant certifications a plus.
• Experience in the self‑storage or construction industry is an advantage.
