Lafaye Custom Homes, a family-owned builder with century-long reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, is actively hiring two Superintendents to join its team in Columbia, SC.

As the Superintendent, you will oversee residential construction projects from permit through warranty. You will be responsible for managing subcontractors, coordinating schedules, ensuring quality and scope of craftsmanship, and timely completion of all projects under their responsibility. This role is 80% field-based, giving you hands-on involvement at local job sites while staying close to home, no extensive travel is required.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of construction leadership experience

• Previous custom residential construction experience strongly preferred

• HS diploma/GED required

• Strong organization and planning skills

• Ability to coach and develop people

• Ability to multi-task
