Hood Construction is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. If you thrive in a leadership role, enjoy working on diverse projects, and are committed to quality and safety, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:- Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Interpret project plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Maintain safety compliance and conduct regular site inspections.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and construction technology.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
