Position: Partnership Sales, Experience & Event Operations Manager
Location: Columbia

We design strategic, customized partnership opportunities that increase value for all stakeholders and maximize ROI.

Role Overview

This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and their sponsors, exhibitors, and advertisers, managing engagement programs from sales and contracting through on-site execution and post-event reporting. The position leads sponsorship sales, oversees partner relationships, and ensures seamless delivery of all sponsorship and exhibitor activations.

Sponsorship, Exhibitor, and Advertising Sales
  • Develop targeted sponsorship, exhibitor, and advertising sales strategies in collaboration with Brand Engage clients
  • Create prospectus, media kit, and sponsorship packages, including pricing structures and deliverables
  • Evaluate past event performance to identify new revenue opportunities and growth strategies
  • Build and maintain a qualified prospect pipeline, including research of companies, contacts, and industry competitors
  • Execute proactive outreach campaigns including email, phone, and virtual meetings
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through negotiation and contract execution
  • Maintain accurate sales tracking, forecasting, and revenue reporting
  • Manage third-party sales platforms for sponsorship and exhibitor inventory, contracts, invoicing, and reporting
Sponsorship, Exhibitor & Advertising Management
  • Manage onboarding, communication, scheduling, and logistics for all partners
  • Track fulfillment of sponsorship deliverables and ensure accurate execution
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships through proactive communication and support
  • Identify opportunities to enhance sponsor engagement and improve long‑term partner value
  • Coordinate with internal teams including event operations, marketing, and production
  • Collaborate with general services contractors, venue partners, and production vendors
  • Troubleshoot partner needs and resolve issues quickly and professionally
Event Execution & Program Management
  • Support exhibitor floor plan development and coordinate with floor plan software providers
  • Assist with exhibitor kit development and management of event logistics providers (A/V, internet, electrical)
  • Coordinate pre-event planning meetings and production timelines
  • Oversee on-site sponsor and exhibitor execution to ensure all deliverables are fulfilled
  • Maintain a master revenue and pipeline tracking system, including forecasts and confirmed bookings
Reporting & Client Coordination
  • Provide regular reporting to clients and leadership on sales performance and partnership metrics
  • Deliver post-event recaps, performance insights, and year-over‑year comparisons
  • Coordinate invoicing, documentation, and sponsor reporting materials
  • Participate in regular client meetings to review status, trends, and recommendations
