Corporate Strategy Manager

HKA is hiring a Corporate Strategy Manager to work directly with leadership on growth, pricing, and long-term strategy. This role blends strategy, finance, and execution in a complex operating business. It’s analytical, practical, and impact driven.

• Analyze growth opportunities across customers, verticals, and service lines
• Build financial and operating models to support strategic decisions
• Evaluate partnerships, new offerings, and acquisition opportunities
• Support M&A efforts, including target analysis and diligence
• Work cross-functionally with finance, sales, recruiting, and operations
• Prepare concise, executive-level materials for leadership and the board
• Identify ways to improve unit economics, risk profile, and

• 3–6 years in strategy, corporate development, consulting, IB, or related fields
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and incomplete information
• Ability to move between high-level strategy and detailed execution
• Experience in staffing, payroll, or regulated services is a plus
