We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven HVAC Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales team!
About the Role- Lead Sales Team:Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
- Revenue Growth:Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and achieve aggressive sales goals
- Client Management:Build and maintain relationships with commercial and/or residential clients; manage key accounts
- Sales Operations:Manage sales pipelines, forecast accurately, and monitor KPIs and performance metrics
- Territory Management:Oversee assigned territories; identify new business opportunities and expansion areas
- Product Knowledge:Maintain expertise in HVAC systems, equipment, and industry trends
- Reporting & Analysis:Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports; analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Compliance:Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, regulations, and industry standards

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven HVAC Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales team!
Requirements- 5+ years of HVAC sales experience (2+ years in a management/supervisory role preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership ability with experience managing teams - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
