What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead and develop the Strategic Account Executives (SAEs) and Veterinary Relationship Managers (VRMs) to enhance customer relationships and drive sales growth
  • Create and own a P&L strategy for regional growth within your book of business
  • Coach the team to strengthen sales techniques and establish performance metrics for consistent growth and profitability
  • Oversee the RFP process and manage contract negotiations to support strategic objectives
  • Provide market intelligence and collaborate cross-functional teams to align on forecasting and budget planning
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably within the veterinary industry
  • Proven ability to lead teams and align with strategic objectives
  • Strong collaboration skills, including experience working with C-suite executives
  • Expertise in talent development, customer relationship management, and sales best practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in developing impactful strategic account plans and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Strong coaching mindset with a structured approach to sales leadership
  • Proficient in Salesforce for account classification and campaign execution
