- Lead and develop the Strategic Account Executives (SAEs) and Veterinary Relationship Managers (VRMs) to enhance customer relationships and drive sales growth
- Create and own a P&L strategy for regional growth within your book of business
- Coach the team to strengthen sales techniques and establish performance metrics for consistent growth and profitability
- Oversee the RFP process and manage contract negotiations to support strategic objectives
- Provide market intelligence and collaborate cross-functional teams to align on forecasting and budget planning
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably within the veterinary industry
- Proven ability to lead teams and align with strategic objectives
- Strong collaboration skills, including experience working with C-suite executives
- Expertise in talent development, customer relationship management, and sales best practices
- Experience in developing impactful strategic account plans and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Strong coaching mindset with a structured approach to sales leadership
- Proficient in Salesforce for account classification and campaign execution
