Work DesignationDepending on your location within the continental US, this role may be hybrid or remote.
- If you live within 50 miles of the Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA or Columbia, SC, this role will be hybrid. This means you will be expected to work in the office for at least 60% of the work week. You will work from your home (within the continental US) for the remaining portion of the work week. Details of this schedule will be discussed with your leadership.
- If you live more than 50 miles from the Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA or Columbia, SC, this role will be remote. This means you will be expected to work from your home, within the continental US. If the role is remote, there may be occasions that you are requested to come to the office based on business need. Any requests to come to the office would be communicated with you in advance.

- Assists upper leadership with day-to-day management of the Account Management team with responsibilities including but not limited to account service support and retention.
- Responsible for the onboarding, training, and development of new account management professionals, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to develop successful client relationships.
- Conducts training for team members who come onboard and provide them with the necessary tools and resources to develop successful client relationships; stay up to date with best-in-class practices for relationship management; provide coaching and follow up training to team as needed
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients, both internal and external, by providing proactive communication and regular reporting that is then distributed through dedicated service roles;
Identifies and addresses trends impacting overall account health and consistently promotes opportunities to increase rapport with accounts. - Serves as an account management subject matter expert to internal/external stakeholders by leveraging an advanced understanding and expertise of our products, services & technology; collaborates with internal stakeholders on go to market strategy; manage and collaborate with each operational area to ensure overall organization growth and…
