We’re a busy Ford / Lincoln shop and we need a real technician — someone who can diagnose, repair, and turn hours without hand-holding. If you know Ford systems and you’re confident in your skills, this is where you make money.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING- Advanced diagnostics on Ford & Lincoln vehicles
- Engine, transmission, electrical, drivability
- Late‑model Ford powertrain systems
- Repair it right. Test it. Send it.
- Plenty of work — every week
- Ford / Lincoln experience STRONGLY preferred
- Solid diagnostics (not a parts changer)
- Can work solo and keep pace
- Own tools
- Valid driver’s license
- ASEs a plus —

- TOP PAY — we pay for skill
