Automotive Technician​/Mechanic Weekends Off | Simpsonville

As an Automotive Technician / Mechanic, you will be a vital part of our team, using your skills and knowledge to diagnose and repair vehicles. If you’re energetic, upbeat, and ready to tackle challenges, we want to hear from you!

• Diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Gain hands-on experience with a variety of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot customer concerns efficiently.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer needs.
• Work together with fellow technicians to meet deadlines and deliver outstanding results.

Qualifications:

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve customers.
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• Meet or exceed hourly performance goals.
• Aptitude for learning new skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A commitment to long-term career development.

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Comfortable working in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Ability to walk or stand for the majority of the workday.
• Capable of driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Proficient in navigating a computer.
