Join us at our project in Alaska, rotation schedule of 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off. Currently interviewing for position
As an Office Administrator for our Willow Project in North Slope, Alaska
, you will contribute to our team by:
- Supporting day-to-day operations by performing administrative tasks for manager, department, or team.
- Developing and maintaining customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders.
- Ensuring appropriate document control and compliance through filing, composing, and editing documents and reports for onsite office.
- Assisting with various departments on site such as Craft Hiring Department, Safety department, provide support to Project Manager and General Superintendents.
- High school diploma.
- An associate or bachelor’s degree, diploma or certificate in office administration program is considered an asset.
- 1 year of experience in an administrative role or equivalent technical experience.
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
- Excellent organization skills and follow-through.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
- Ability to act with discretion when handling confidential information.
- Ability to effectively handle difficult situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to create, edit, proofread, and format documents/presentations.
- Basic skills in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe, and One Note.
- Must be able to work in extreme cold temperatures.
- Must be able to meet all pre hire DISA Drug and Alcohol test.
- Must furnish own Arctic wear specific for the area.
- May be requested to work night shift.
- Must be able to work rotation schedule.
- Will have to purchase own flight to Anchorage.
- Must get certified via Alaska Safety Alliance.
