AboutThe Role
We’re looking for a proactive Customer Service Support Officer to join our team at our head office in Hampton East. This role is ideal for someone local; perhaps currently studying; who’s keen to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced and supportive workplace.
you must be available to work two days per week
, with availability preferred on Monday, Tuesday or Friday
. Flexibility is offered in this casual position to suit fluctuating availability from university commitments for those currently studying. In this diverse and rewarding role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, handling enquiries and bookings, and providing exceptional customer service and internal administrative support.
An opportunity presents for those with an interest in marketing to grow into a supportive marketing role, assisting our Marketing Assistant in their digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer phone and email enquiries in a professional, timely, and friendly manner
- Enrol participants in training sessions using our in-house system
- Manage bookings, maintain client records, and process certificates and payments
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently
- Complete post‑course administrative tasks to support service delivery and reporting
- Provide general administrative support to the broader team as needed
- Assist our Marketing Assistant with social media scheduling, content creation, and basic design tasks
- Support email marketing campaigns and assist with website updates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
- Experience in a customer service or marketing support role (or both)
- A positive, can‑do attitude and a willingness to learn
- Availability to work 2 days per week - preferably Monday, Tuesday or Friday
- Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, or Word Press
- Currently completing studies in marketing, communications, or a related field
- A supportive and collaborative team environment
