Position: Full-Time Accounting Specialist
Pay Range: $37,000-$50,000 (DOE)
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about numbers? We’re looking for an Accounting Specialist to support financial operations and accounting processes in a fast-paced office environment. What You’ll Be Doing- Support day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare and process financial documents accurately
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end close activities and reporting
- Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and invoices
- Communicate with internal teams and external vendors
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Prior accounting or bookkeeping experience (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
