What You Will Do

• Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver correct answers in everyday language.
• Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software for customer interaction and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) written & spoken.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and enhancing our brand through customer delight.
• Excellent customer service skills and comfort with video/audio tools.

What You Need

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Compensation

Base pay ranges by location (USD per hour):

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
• Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
• Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
• Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
• Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
• Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
• New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
• New York: $28.80 - $36.50
• Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
• Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
• Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
• Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50

Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits per Intuit plans. Pay is based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience and location;
